WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL:

KITCHEN AND PRIVATE BATHROOM

  • We have a beautiful and functional kitchen available for your use which Includes a refrigerator, large sink, microwave and dishwasher.
  • Private bathroom for your group's use
  • Complimentary Parking

PRESENTATION SET UP

  • 72 inch T.V. with screen sharing capability
  • 2 easels 
  • Surround sound speakers

TABLES AND CHAIRS

  • We will arrange tables and chairs based on your preference for your dinner, party, reception or business meeting. 
  • White table linens are available to rent for $10.00 each

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPACES

Bloom Gallery offers a spacious, versatile setting ideal for entertaining or meetings and can be combined with a small outdoor area during favorable weather.

  • 10 person Conference table and comfortable seating
  • TV for presentations

CUSTOM SET UP

Want some extra hands to help set up your event?  We are happy to help upon request.  

For example we can:

  • help with custom table arrangements
  • stock the fridge with drinks (non-alcoholic)
  • Have flowers delivered

While we don't offer food services, we can provide you with our preferred vendor list.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ALCOHOL AT EVENTS


  • You are required to obtain Day Of Event insurance through our  insurance company. This is typically between $100.00 and $150.00
  • We do not serve or provide alcohol 


SET UP/CLEAN UP


  • Your rental time includes 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after for event set up and clean up
